System requirements​

The software can be used from any device with an Internet connection. This device can be a desktop computer, a tablet or a mobile phone, both iOS and Android; there is no limitation.

In this way, the device grants a cloud-based ecosystem focused on the doctor, who can use the software wherever he goes, to access his patients, review data and manage cases without limitations.

Camera requirements​

Regarding the clinical photography of the lesions, the only technical condition of the capture device is that the camera has a minimum resolution of 12 megapixels.

Peripheral devices and accesories​

In some cases, the healthcare provider will use dermoscopes to capture dermoscopic photographs. The software works with all dermoscopes, regardless of make or model, including mobile dermoscopes.

In addition, the software can be supplemented with artificial intelligence markers, also called AI Markers, to obtain high precision of the tracking functions, used to track an area or a pathology over a period of time. Similarly, the software works with all kinds of AI markers.

  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should not rely on this tool for help, but should instead seek the appropriate emergency medical assistance.
  • Federal law in the United States restricts the sale of this device to physicians or on prescription.
