Create account

A software license can only be requested by a care provider organisation. In other words: only medical centers can create a new account and patients cannot create their own accounts.

Create account​

To create a medical account, the user must follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the URL app.legit.health

  2. Click on the button Create an account

  3. In the page for account creation:

    3.1 Add your information

    3.2 Add the information about the Medical Center

    3.3 Accept the conditions of use

  4. Open the confirmation email that has arrived in your tray.

  5. Click on confirm my email.

  6. Set a strong password.

For your security, the password must contain 8 characters, at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, and one special character, for example: uY74m%5Zb

  1. Login with your email and password.
  2. At the top left, click on your name and, in the drop-down field, click on My profile.
  3. Contract the license to enjoy full functionalities.
